Integrations & API platform

The integration layer across ERP, CRM, commerce, payments and SaaS, including the connectors that let AI agents use your tools.

The short answer

webbox builds the integration layer across ERP, CRM, commerce, payments, logistics and SaaS, so data is entered once and stays correct everywhere. Where no connector exists we build middleware with retries, idempotency and reconciliation rather than a fragile script. We also build MCP servers, which expose your systems to AI agents through a scoped, audited interface instead of bespoke glue per tool.

Integrations services

MCP servers & AI-agent connectors

Let AI agents use your tools.

MCP servers that securely expose your ERP, databases and SaaS to AI agents, with scoped permissions and audit logging.

API development & integration

Make systems talk.

Design and build APIs and integration pipelines connecting ERP, CRM, commerce, finance and SaaS reliably.

Payment gateway & UPI integration

Get paid, reconciled automatically.

UPI-first payment integration with Razorpay, Cashfree or PayU, plus Stripe for international, wired to orders and automated reconciliation.

Marketplace connectors

Sell everywhere, manage once.

Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho connected to your ERP so listings, orders, returns and stock run through one back office.

What the work involves

API development & iPaaS

REST and GraphQL APIs and integration pipelines connecting the tools you already pay for, documented so the next engineer can maintain them.

Built to fail safely

Retries, idempotency keys, dead-letter queues and a daily reconciliation report, because integrations fail and the question is what happens next.

MCP & AI connectors

Model Context Protocol servers so AI agents can call your systems through one scoped, audited interface rather than a bespoke integration each.

Commerce & payments

Storefront to ERP sync, marketplace connectors, and UPI-first payment gateways wired to orders and reconciliation.

Legacy & file-based

SFTP, EDI, flat-file and database-level integrations for the partners who are not going to build you an API.

Platform migrations

Moving off a platform you are stuck on, with data, SEO and URL structure preserved.

Integrations: good to know

What is MCP and why does it matter?
Model Context Protocol is the emerging standard for connecting AI agents to tools and data. Building an MCP layer now means your systems are agent-ready through one governed interface, instead of accumulating a bespoke integration and a set of credentials per agent.
Can you connect systems we did not build?
Usually. If it has an API, a webhook, a database we can read, or even an SFTP drop, there is a route. We scope the approach against the actual systems rather than assuming a connector exists.
What happens when an integration fails?
It retries, it queues what it cannot deliver, it alerts, and it shows up on a daily reconciliation report. Integrations that fail silently are the ones that cost you a quarter of bad data, so we design for the failure case first.
